Is this HIPAA compliant?
Compliance is a property of the whole system and your organisation, not of code we hand over. What we do is build to the technical safeguards — access control, encryption, audit, minimum necessary — and work under a business associate agreement so your compliance team can sign it off.
Can AI make diagnoses?
Not in anything we build. Clinical decision support is regulated as a medical device in most jurisdictions and that is a different, much longer road. We keep projects on the administrative side of that line and say so explicitly in scope.
Can it work with our EHR?
Where there is an interface — FHIR, HL7 or a vendor API — yes. Integration effort varies enormously by vendor, so we check this early because it often dominates the timeline.
